Donna McCabe

Blooming Gorgeous…

Fragrances permeate all around

Leaving a sweet aroma

Openly inviting all

Wildlife to their blooms

Ensuring the cycle of life

Revolves, keeps turning—

Sweet blooms that hold so much power.

Hands...

Useful things, hands

So taken for granted

Skilled in many an art form

From the grind of everyday life

To pleasures and pastimes

Always working

Diligently complying

To the brain’s commands

Such strength in their unity

So strong when they are united

On many a front

Funny how we take them for granted

Our hands...
